OpenClaw Express provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw AI assistant software. We provision, maintain, and manage server instances on your behalf.
3. Account Registration

- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

- You retain ownership of all data you upload or process through the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- We may delete your data 30 days after account termination
- You grant us permission to host and process your data as necessary to provide the Service

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OpenClaw Express and protected by intellectual property laws. OpenClaw software is open-source and subject to its own license terms.
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will end
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClaw Express from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
